Earlybird Deadline: August 31 - After this date, prices increase by $200.
The final registration and payment deadline is Sept. 25, 2020 (unless booths sell out first).
BOOTH SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
Each conference will have limited sponsor availability. Sponsorships will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Corporate sponsors will receive premium exhibitor locations and will be assigned first.

Exhibitor Set Up: Sunday, October 11, 2020 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Please check in at the GEMSA Conference Exhibitor Registration table located at the entrance of the atrium area. Vendor registration will be open 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020. When checking in, you will receive a conference packet. A select number of name badges will be printed upon request while supplies last. A member from GEMSA will assist in directing you to your assigned booth area and will make sure you have everything you need. The Exhibit Area will be located in the atrium, so attendees could be wondering around. However, the exhibit area doesn't open until 10:30 am.

Breakfast and attendee breaks (shown above) will be in the exhibit hall throughout the day.
Exhibit Booth Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be made for exhibit registration cancellations made in writing to Mary Napier, GEMSA Communications Specialist (email@example.com) more than 30 days before the conference. If it is within 30 days of the conference, no refunds will be given.
Name BadgesName badges will be printed at the conference, upon request only, with limited quantities available.
Continuing Education Hours
Continuing education will not be provided for exhibitors. If you would like continuing education hours, you must register as an attendee for the conference. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Donations for Give-a-ways
Each year exhibitors like to donate items to be given away during the conference. Please collect names or contact information at your booth. On the last morning of the conference, we will let you draw a winner on stage at the beginning of a session. See GEMSA staff at the conference to schedule your drawing.
