As we announced previously, the 2020 GEMSA Providers & Educators Conference will be held as a VIRTUAL event.

  • If you previously signed up and haven't decided if you are going to have a virtual booth, we need a confirmation either way by September 25, 2020 by contacting Mary Napier.
  • If you have committed to a virtual booth and are waiting to setup your virtual booth, make sure you have product fliers, video links, and other information about your products or services ready for uploading once the booths are ready later this month.
  • If you have indicated you don't wish to participate in the virtual event, we will work out details with you individually.

Please consider some of the great features we can offer with this virtual event:

  1. More than 1,000 attendees - Thanks to funding from the Georgia Trauma Commission, we are planning on more than 1,000 attendees this year, which isn't possible in-person due to space constraints.

  2. We will have a virtual exhibit hall on October 11-12. 
    October 11 - Tradeshow hours will be open 2:45-5:00 pm.
    October 12 - Tradeshow hours will be 9:15 am - 4:30 pm.
    You can allow multiple staff people to split up the hours or just be there "virtually" when you can. Break times between sessions are most important just like during a live event. Or attendees can reach out and request a meeting as well.  See the official session schedule here.

  3. You get to attend from your location with no travel or shipping required!

  4. With your virtual booth, you will get:
    -Online lead retrieval - this new format allows you to get even more data on attendees who visit your booth through data analytics.
    -Virtual Meet-ups between attendees and exhibitors.
    -Custom landing pages for exhibitors and sponsors increasing your presence and the value of your support.
    -Tradeshow giveaways in order to entice attendees to visit the tradeshow and engage with our exhibitors, just like in-person. You are able to do this too!
    -Networking opportunities
    -Virtual event lasts 30 days after the live virtual event allowing attendees to view your booth after the event is over and reach out for more information.
    -Change your booth description every day to let attendees know about live demos, giveaways each day, or who is in the booth
    -and more!

  5. Exhibitors who have paid for their booth at the 2020 GEMSA Providers & Educators Conference and choose to continue to participate in our VIRTUAL event will get $400 off a booth at the next event they attend in 2021. 

  6. Training will be provided for booth setup and how to navigate the virtual event.

  7. If you have made a hotel reservation, you are able to modify or cancel that reservation without penalty by calling the hotel at 912-233-7722.

Registration Deadline

Booth Reservation Deadline: The final registration and payment deadline was Sept. 25, 2020. If you would still like a booth, contact Mary Napier.

Exhibitor Brochure

Each conference will have limited sponsor availability. Sponsorships will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Corporate sponsors will receive premium exhibitor locations and will be assigned first.

If you already paid for a booth in 2020, we are offering you $400 off a booth in 2021.

Exhibitor Schedule

October 11 - Tradeshow hours kick-off with an Exhibitor Showcase from 2:45-3:30 pm and an exhibitor break from 4:30-5:00 pm.
October 12 - Tradeshow hours will be 9:15 am - 4:30 pm.

Exhibit Booth Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be made for exhibit registration cancellations made in writing to Mary Napier, GEMSA Communications Specialist ( more than 30 days before the conference. If it is within 30 days of the conference, no refunds will be given.

Continuing Education Hours

Continuing education will not be provided for exhibitors. If you would like continuing education hours, you must register as an attendee for the conference. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Donations for Give-a-ways

Each year exhibitors like to donate items to be given away during the conference. We can still do this in a virtual setting.  If you would like to give something away, please contact Mary Napier.
